Cancelled Appointments & FTAs

Our policy for failed or cancelled appointments is as follows:

We strive to accommodate the appointment needs of our patients, and make every effort to ensure appointments take place on time.
Failure to provide us with at least 48 hours’ advance notice, or failure to present for a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation or failed to attend fee.
It is understandable that sometimes cancellations cannot be helped due to illness or emergencies and we will take all valid circumstances into account.
Our goal in communicating our cancellation and failed to attend policy is to avoid any extra charges being passed on to the patient.

A notice to new patients:

Due to several missed appointments by new patients who require emergency treatment, the practice will now take a £25.00 non-refundable deposit over the phone before new patients attend the practice.
The deposit will be deducted from the total of the first appointment.


Once you have registered with us as a patient, we will provide you with the necessary login details to be able to book and change your appointments with our clinicians and hygienists.
