Complaints procedure

Alternatively, you can visit the GDC website to make a complaint: www.gdc-uk.org/patients/raising-a-concern

If you are not happy with the response you receive please raise your concerns in writing with: NHS England, PO Box 16738, Redditch, B97 9PT or email: [email protected]

You may also complain to the Health Service Ombudsman by phone on 0345 015 4033 if you still feel your concerns have not been fully resolved.
